Administrative/Special Projects Coordinator

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and schedules; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project mangers, line mangers, and clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Assuring inspection resources are available and assigned at suppliers
-Coordinating the workflow for requesting, screening, and assigning new inspection resources.
-Perform onboarding training to the resources.
-Communication with 3rd party service companies to ensure resource requests are completed
-Resolving systems issues for inspectors and suppliers
-Scheduling Supplier Survey activities
-Crafting reports of upcoming or past due activities
-Communication of task completions or issues within the Supplier Quality organization
Contract could be extended based on performance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum HS Diploma / GED
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with one or more of the following:
-Prior scheduling experience/Planning Experience
-Prior Experience managing small projects independently
-Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Ability to work with minimal oversite while managing daily task
-Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience with applicable functions in SAP (Procure to Pay)
- Excellent organization and task prioritization skills
-Customer service/support experience
-Familiarity with quality/inspection concepts
The pay range for this position is $20.00-25.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
