Job Description


This is a Monday to Friday 40 hours a week in office position.

Looking for someone with 6-10 years of experience.



Job responsibilities:

Provides support to all terminals and Edmonton area pipeline (Edmonton Rail as needed

Ordering stationary for officer and office supply

Material requisitions, currently Natalie is spending a good portion of her time on this Follow ups to vendors for materials that have already been ordered and have not arrived on time or have arrived but have been shipped to the wrong address Shipping packages through various companies (Purolator, FedEx, Buffalo Air)

Document Management requests and upkeep of OneNote

Document shredding and record management.

Data entry of PDM forms, scanning onto the LAN so we have digital backups of all our forms

Filing of preventive maintenance forms and 3"* party inspections

Carrier requests and admin.

Orientation requests for vendors that we use Adjusting PO's and PM extensions

City Permits

Communication with CBRE and inputting service requests

Confirming good/services received

Back-office requests and communication

Various office tasks such as building spreadsheets, PowerPoints and word documents

Refinery and Pipeline orientations

Social convener / Dignitary preparation

Document and Data control due in June

Pipeline services key contact list update 2X year

Expense report submission



Qualifications:

6-10 years experience in Administrative support

Data entry experience

Excel proficiency

Oil and gas/ Pipeline experience desired



Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $25-32 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
