Roles and Responsibilities:

GENERAL FUNCTION: Under the general direction of the hiring manager, provides administrative support for industrial security.

NATURE AND SCOPE: 1. The incumbent performs administrative assistant duties for the site. This activity includes creating, printing and issuing badges, enabling and disabling badge access, collecting old badges, communicating with personnel, scheduling pick up and drop off appointments and maintaining accurate records The incumbent is required to, work alone and/or without direct supervision approximately 80% of the time.

2. Communications: This critical functional responsibility involves scheduling drop off and pick up dates for new badges, and communicating to the hiring manager requests for new badges and access. Telephone, in-person, email, and Teams messaging will be the primary communication methods.

3. Data Entry: Thorough and accurate data entry is required for enabling and disabling access, along with written affirmation documenting the action(s) taken on behalf of each badge issuance and badge surrender. REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

FOR THIS POSITION 1. General: The requirements for this position are above average typing skills and a well-developed sense of organization in the performance of the functions described above. Absence of supervisory personnel will demand a level of initiative and self-efficiency, along with an acute sense of urgency and objective orientation. The incumbent may interact with other managers, senior leaders and officers which will require poise, tact and self-confidence. The incumbent should be very competent in the use of all office and communications equipment such as: word processing, duplicating machines, and telephone. Ideally, the incumbent should also be familiar with basic data processing concepts. 2. Education: High school business course graduate. 3. Experience: Minimum 3 years of an administrative nature.

ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Provides assistance to hiring manager and hiring manager s team. 2. Creates and prints badges and enables and disables badge access on request. 3. Provides weekly progress reports to hiring manager identifying previous week s accomplishments and milestones along with expected completion dates.

For the right candidate, this could become a contract-to-hire position.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $20.00-22.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
