Job Description


Title: Production Assistant

If you are selected as the Midland Basin South Production Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations including data gathering, scheduling, and coordination of various office activities.

Your responsibilities may include:
Receipt and filing of production-related records (run tickets)
Review of daily production data verification that entries are complete and accurate including curtailment, downtime, and variance comments
SLS Training Manage attendee roster, provide support for training and scheduling as needed
Stand Downs/Safety Meetings attend meetings and provide support and scheduling
Assist with Intelex data compilation as needed
Assist with LSR data gathering and compilation
Load Intelex data as required
Waste Manifest gathering and storage
Invoice processing in SAP and Open invoice
Perform a wide range of secretarial and office duties dealing with sensitive and confidential information with limited supervision
Assist area Support Groups as needed, i.E., HR, Regulatory, Environmental, M&R, Support Services, HSE, Fleet, Building (office) maintenance, etc
Assist with cost tracking LOE forecasting
Coordinate setting up business meetings and training needs for MBS Leadership
Assist with new employee onboarding including assisting personnel with computer, mobile phone, and other supply needs
FDG admin and assist Production account team

Basic/Required:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. Citizen or national, or an alien admitted as a permanent resident, refugee or asylee
3+ years of experience in an office support or administrative role
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word.

Preferred:
1+ years of experience using SAP
Experience with production data entry and reporting
Transmits information so it is received and understood in the way it was intended
Manages tasks to effectively and efficiently complete work responsibilities of self and other
Strong teammate; be committed to safety, environmental and regulatory compliance
Ability to prepare accurate and legible reports
Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions
Responds inventively, flexibly, and positively when faced with challenges and demands

Education:

HS Diploma/Equivalent

Work Schedule:
5-40 Schedule (8Hr Days) - 5 days on / 2 days off

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
