MAIN FUNCTIONS
Provides administrative support to a department. Duties may include word processing, electronic filing, scheduling, executive level calendaring for multiple executives, travel arrangements, expense reporting, record keeping, coordinating meetings, conferences; on and offsite events; catering orders; grant processing; invoice, work order, and contract processing. May work on special projects to include compiling, retrieving, editing, reporting, and analyzing information. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Attention to detail is critical. Collaborating with team and teamwork is essential. Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook Mail is required. Knowledge of Sharepoint & One Note is preferred. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
This position would typically include a professional Administrative Assistant. Expert in the field, possibly professional certification holder.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email systems, strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience, multi-tasking, attention to detail and collaborating with team. Professional demeanor. Attendance includes in office five days per week and hours would be 8: 30AM-5: 30PM.
