This opportunity is on-site and is located at 4589 FM 2986, Gregory, TX 78359



Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Proficiency with MS Office required. Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.

This position would typically include senior Administrative Assistant who is able to manage, train and mentor other office staff, lead projects, handle confidential and sensitive data. Nature of the job is generally creating rather than maintaining and developing rather than monitoring.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide word processing, spreadsheet, and presentations support.

Generate and manage e-requests for workgroup for hardware and software requests.

Manage/prepare org charts, flowcharts, group contact information.

Prepare presentations as needed.

Manage Website interface of documents.

Organize logistics for internal and external meetings Schedule Meetings, arrange conference rooms, order meals.

File, scan, and copy documents

Handle file management for the department

Coordinate travel arrangements

Coordinate office moves.

Process invoices and expense accounts for group employees

Order office supplies and materials

Steward vacation schedules for work group

Reconcile invoices to procurement card.

Steward group SharePoint sites

Create / Maintain service and material requisitions (SAP)

Approve / Route invoices for SES approval (SAP)

Logistical coordination of personnel moves, including transfer and new hires



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Associate degree or higher preferred.

6-10 years of prior relevant experience in an administrative role preferred.

Willingness to work overtime or flexible schedule as needed.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Access, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SAP, especially G1P, and Dreamweaver is a plus.

Must be well-organized and able to multitask, prioritize, and utilize initiative.
Ability to work with multiple levels of the organization in a professional manner.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems

Strong administrative coordination abilities

Customer service experience

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
