This opportunity is onsite and located at
: 5 Greenway Plaza Suite 200 Houston, TX 77046

Schedule
: 9/80- Monday-Friday with rotating Fridays off.



The successful candidate in the role will be conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handing information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, and travel.

Additional job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintain systems to report, track, and document various business unit initiatives/processes
Assisting in preparation of spreadsheets for various business unit activities and reports - Maintain a filing system
Assist in preparing reports, bulletins, and alerts - Assist in document control both electronically and hard copy - Support the activities of a fast-paced multi-functional business team
Provide clerical support for a business unit - Perform word processing of letters, memos, reports, agreements, exhibits and general business correspondence
Prepare presentation materials, including charts, graphs, and slides
Maintain business unit database systems, Responsible for business unit records management and archival in FileNet system
Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and schedule meetings for principals
Coordinate and manage logistics for business unit celebrations, technical conferences, and meeting - Handle confidential information with discretion
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
Store, retrieve, and integrate information for dissemination to staff and clients
Prepare time reports, expense reports, and organization charts as needed for the department

Skills:
Able to work multiple tasks simultaneously and manage one s own time
Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
Good communication, interpersonal skills, and customer focus
Highly effective team player with a positive attitude - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Willingness and ability to learn and take on more complex tasks
Takes responsibility for completing tasks with minimal supervision
Good time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage files for linking to web pages and other documents - Ability to assist the business unit with a variety of constantly changing tasks



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School diploma or GED

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience as administrative assistant

Additional Desired Qualification:
Comprehensive understanding of business unit s related terms, is preferred
Working knowledge of the oil and gas industry





The pay range for this position is $25.00-$30.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.





Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
