Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

This individual will provide support for the purchasing of materials, equipment, supplies and services necessary to support the company strategic plan. The continuous and intermittent functions that are conducted relate strongly to the specialties of the unit, and this individual must be familiar with administrative conventions and practices for the specialties.

Tasks that are performed may involve complex documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as well as completion of specialty-specific templates and forms. Principals provide most substance for such materials, but the incumbent will be required to compose relatively common and straightforward correspondence items, and to insert standardized elements into specified formats.


Reconcile the weekly RFQs

Present completed RFQ packages to Buyer/Planner

Open Purchase Order follow up:

o Reporting, filing, cadence calls

Defense Priorities & Allocations System (DPAS) Acknowledgment and updating rating to PO lines and notifying suppliers

Assist with resolving AP payment issues

o receiving issues, wrong addresses, pricing

Review and maintain Outlook folders

Trade Secret compliance

Inspection support

New supplier request onboarding and maintaining existing supplier accounts.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Candidates must have 1 year of Clerical/Administrative experience in supply chain for manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace industries within the past 5 years.


At least 2 years of relevant and progressively skilled full-time work experience.

Directly relevant Associate Degree minimum.

Basic office skills.

SAP experience and ability to speak to T codes

Interpersonal relations.

Use of a wide range of automated office and information technology-based equipment are needed.

As office equipment technology and software evolves, the incumbent is expected to remain proficient with advances up to the level of service described for this position.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $20.00-26.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
