Job Description


The main function of an Accounting Clerk is to compute, review and verify accuracy of financial records and invoices. A typical Accounting Clerk is responsible for a wide range of technology and can work in areas closely related to computers.


Position Summary: Office Manager with accounting experience preferred. Must be able to log sales orders and timesheets, and verifications of invoices. During meetings, needs to attend and keep notes to track decision registers and action logs. Amazon Business, Office Depot and company purchase card account access will be granted to keep all office supplies and inventory stocked as needed. Lastly, two construction laydown yards will be taken into account; they are about 20 miles apart. Ability to commute will be needed. PREFERRED CANDIDATES MUST BE FIT FOR DUTY; walking will be necessary onsite and in construction trailers


Responsibilities:
Compute, review and verify accuracy of financial records and invoices.
Procure office supplies as needed and / or directed.
Commute between two Project Office locations (approx. 20 miles each way) as needed
Must be able to log sales orders and timesheets, and verifications of invoices.
During meetings, needs to attend and keep notes to track decision registers and action logs.
Amazon Business, Office Depot and company purchase card account access will be granted to keep all office supplies and inventory stocked as needed.

Required Skills:
2 plus years of Financial and/or Accounting experience required
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail while multitasking
Critical Thinking
Ability to work independently and manage one s time.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Education/Experience:
Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
5-7 years experience working in direct role of Office Coordination or Management
2 plus years of Financial and/or Accounting experience required


Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location. Mileage reimbursement is available for travel in between work locations.

Please Note:
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.


Attire: Flat-soled shoes/work boots/tennis shoes suggested

Schedule: 5/40 OT hours expected including Saturdays; Parking is free and onsite
