Job Description

The Stockroom Coordinator supports Inventory and Materials Management Team with coordinating activities for storing, issuing and maintaining inventory. Assists the department with administration assignments, while conducting a variety of duties towards meeting the teams goals and business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Core Responsibilities
Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel
Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.G., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods)
Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records
Completes analyses of inventory levels, and coordinates with production and other functional areas for requirements
Maintains inventory records in accordance with established systems and control procedures
Communicates effectively through phone, e-mail and correspondence, while maintaining a professional manner
Coordinates and communicates with other departments to resolve and close actions
Generates required documentation or reports and assists in tracking department performance towards goals and objectives
Other responsibilities as assigned
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
Years Experience: 2 years or more of relevant experience
Knowledge and experience in inventory and materials management processes and the ability to coordinate activities for a team
Excellent internal and external customer service skills
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations
Ability to solve typical problems by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $ 19.00__ - $20.00__ per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
