Job Description


Temporary to permanent planner position for multi-level BOM scheduling. The Planner will be responsible for supporting Wireline Flowline production groups contained at Breen.

Roles and Responsibilities:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create work orders

- Manage open orders and notify customers of any delivery schedule changes.

- Manage work-in-progress [WIP]

- Manage material shortages

- Provide feedback to interested parties

- Assist in monthly financial forecast and contribute to meeting all department delivery dates.

- Generate reports as needed.

- Other duties as may be assigned.



QUALITY ASSURANCE

- Ensure that the Planning Group maintains its strategic focus on the provision of a quality service to customers.

- To carry out all duties in accordance with the Quality Assurance procedures and departmental Work Instructions.

- To contribute to general improvements in the quality of key activities within the department.



SAFETY

- Comply with HSE policies and regulations.

- Do not undertake any task or job for which authorization and/or training has not been given.

- Report all safety hazards to your immediate supervisor as soon as possible.

- Follow company policies and procedures for the use, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste.

- Obey permit conditions and limits at facilities that have permits for air emissions, water discharge, and waste disposal to the extent practicable.

- Stop work immediately if you have any safety concerns over the task or job which may put you or your co-worker(s) at risk, and contact your supervisor immediately and explain the concerns.

- Follow all client safety policies when on their location.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

MANAGER'S MOST IMPORTANT SKILL SET/EXPERIENCE BELOW: (ENSURE THIS IS CLEARLY DETAILED IN THE RESUME)

EPC Planning is a major plus (i.E. Planning that spans a whole project from Engineering to Procurement to Construction)

Experience/understanding of a P&L.

Multi level BOM planning.

Excel skills are a must.

***EDUCATION: MUST HAVE MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED***



WORKING HOURS: 7AM - 4PM BUT FLEXIBLE

NO REMOTE OR HYBRID SCHEDULE



TEAM SIZE - AROUND 10



EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma required

- 2-year college degree preferred (additional experience may be substituted for college)

- Background in oilfield equipment service and operations preferred

- Knowledge of ERP management systems a must

- Production Activity Control

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $35.00-40.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
