5/2 40hrs/week

Contract Term:
12 months possible extension to June 2025

About the Role
Implementation of the ERP (SAP Blueprint) is a core foundation for Client. ERP implementations are inherently complex due to the integrated nature of the set-up of SAP and its connected landscape, large volumes of master data to be created, the requirement to embed strategic decisions in large volumes of planning data and the size of the deployment. As such the project team is looking for individuals with experience in this landscape to help the Company asset achieve its goal of a seamless and integrated SAP implementation.

The SAP Program requires Change Analysts/Trainers (2) focusing on providing end user training and change management support.

Principal Accountabilities
Work with key business resources to define training requirements
Plan training delivery requirements and schedules
Create training delivery documentation
Includes all business processes in scope and the solution is SAP to accompanied with digital and mobile technology
Support Test Execution throughout program milestones
Support deployment of the solution and the Transition to Support and Operations
Maintain stakeholder lists including detailed lists of user groups, users and their training
Setting up and managing the templates in use for training, job aids, quick reference guides, newsletters to ensure consistent and quality communications
Support development of training materials, job aids and videos to support a successful client SAP Deployment. Ensure update of materials as required
Manage Training schedule and report End User Training schedule and completion
Ensure Training materials and Job Aids are prepared and tested before Training date
Maintain Training Matrix and up-to-date Training Materials


Experience and Qualifications

Education/Skills/Experience:

Degree or Technical diploma in IT, Engineering, Business, or similar field project management
Relevant business area experience (eg. FI, MSC, Maintenance)
Capital Project related experience (desirable)
Past Asset Operations organization experience (desirable)
PowerBI experience (desirable)
Business Analysis (desirable)

SAP Experience:

SAP knowledge (ie. Blueprint) and applicable modules:
o FI (Finance)
o MSC (Manage Supply Chain)
o PM (Plant Maintenance)
o CP (Contract Procurement)
o MM (Materials Management)
o CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
o PS (Project Services)

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:

Proven stakeholders (internal and external partners) engagement and communication skills
Excellent communication, coaching and negotiation skills. Ability to speak publicly, and facilitate group discussions
A high-energy team player that can effectively work virtually in diverse, cross-functional teams
Collaboration with other teams and projects and within the SAP end to end process

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $80-100 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
