Work collaboratively with technical and functional SMEs to convert training materials to web-based training using Articulate for deployment using our SABA Cloud Learning Management System (LMS).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Create effective web-based training by utilizing several types of media such as, graphic design, animation, audio, video, assessments and other interactive exercises. Author and/or revise customers course scripts and storyboards in order to create fundamentally comprehensive and effective learning. Create authentic assessments for evaluating training programs to ensure technical knowledge is well understood by learners. Utilize solid Project Management skills in order to coordinate, organize, document and communicate for successful development and deployment of courseware. Utilize a standard development process for SCORM, author and test resulting in enhanced tracking accuracy and overall courseware organization.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Must Have:
Articulate 360
Storyboards
Web-based training development
Nice To Have:
Adobe Captivate
Articulate 360
ATD eLearning Instructional Design Certificate or equivalent
Audio Editing using Adobe Audition
Image editing using Photoshop
SABA Cloud LMS
SCORM Cloud Project Verification Experience
Video Editing using Adobe Premier Pro
Vyond Animation
Opportunity to extend contract role, or possibly to convert to full time position based upon business needs and performance.
Minimum HS Diploma / GED with applicable experience, Bachelors preferred

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $25.00-35.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
