Summary of Duties:
The Scheduler will lead and ensure the delivery & alignment of Planning /Scheduling standards, processes, procedures and organizational capability across the company. This role involves working with Owners Team, engineering and construction contractors.

Specific Roles/Responsibilities include:
- Development of integrated program level schedules in Primavera 6.
- Oversee the Contractor Project Controls staff to monitor cost & schedule at project level.
- Development of Schedule Plan and Basis of Schedule for Functional and Asset line of sight.
- Development of integrated program level schedules in Primavera 6.
- Proactive engagement with disciplines development of schedules.
- Development of planning tasks, standard durations, and aligned schedule logics.
- Maintenance of integrated, detailed schedules as well as assists in review and validation of contractors detailed schedules.
- Generation of schedule reporting for Functional Leads.
- Benchmarking and assurance activities.
- Independently identifies and works with interfaces to resolve issues.
- Work with Project Controls on progress & resource reporting, monitoring, and analysis.
- Knowledge to effectively analyze and critique major capital project plans and schedules to provide assurance of their accuracy.
- Knowledge to facilitate planning sessions for phase 3 and 4 scopes of work.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of standardized Planning & Scheduling work processes and tools in a major capital project environment.

Participates and supports:
1. Shares knowledge readily between the various sub-projects, the project team, and the engineering and construction contractors
2. Provides input into the Project Execution Plan and leads the development of all Planning and Scheduling deliverables
3. Participates in assurance reviews and other value improving practices that support the project
4. Provides input to cost engineering risk
5. Interfaces with contracting and procurement
