Project Coordinator

Key project management experience:

• Strong knowledge and experience coordinating deliverables through various phases of the software development lifecycle
• Assist with administrative tasks to initiate a project
• Assist with Creating and Maintaining various project artifacts and deliverables required
• Proactively coordinate various open action items and deliverables
• Communicate and drive completion of upcoming tasks and deadlines
• Prepare weekly status reports
• Maintain the risks and issues, action items log on regular basis
• Proactively communicate with all the team members and vendor
• Proactively take corrective action when indicated
• Maintain all project documentation in its system of record
• Help the team deliver projects on time and on budget
• Financial experience a plus
• Web/Mobile experience a plus

 

Key personal competencies & skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interface with people at all levels of the organization; technical and business sponsors to foster a collaborative environment.
• Excellent typing and meeting minutes skills.
• Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft SharePoint, Clarity, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Leadership qualities, particularly in moving team members and vendors
• Strong background working with multiple vendors and affiliates
• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Financial management skills preferred
• Pragmatic, personable with very clear and efficient communication style
