Maintenance Scheduler

Job Duties:

• Carry out work order planning in SAP/Luminon PM on all reactive, preventative and proactive maintenance work.
• Ensure the work is planned with realistic end dates, using correct resources.
• Support the Operations and Maintenance Coordinator (OMC) in the execution of the scheduled works where necessary, and monitor the progress of all work orders/notifications.
• Work closely with Operations to monitor and achieve global and regional KPI related to maintenance execution and Asset Information Management (AIM)
• Understand and facilitate the purchasing of external resources for the sites, consistent with PGS and DGAME processes.
• Work with Contract and Procurement team to ensure Outline Agreements are in place and accurate.
• Liaise with contractors, in accordance with contracts that may be in place.
• Ensure all data on the SAP PM work orders is accurate and compliant with the DGAME processes.
• Publish list of planned work, updated with breakdown work to provide an integrated schedule for the sites.
• Together with OMC and Facilities engineer review all work orders for scope, cost and timing before release.
• Coordinate the maintenance tasks to ensure optimum use of resources, particularly with regard to mobilisation efficiencies.
• Identify errors, improvements, and efficiencies that can be had with the existing PM system, this may include changed maintenance practices, revised schedules etc.
• Provide ongoing monitoring and coaching to Operations to ensure proper WO setup (WO type, WO description, asset link etc.)
• Update asset structure to continuously improve efficiency and accuracy of the PM system
• Analyze SAP PM data to identify maintenance bad actors
• Analyze SAP PM data to identify high spend categories, then identify and help realize continuous improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and support terminals to upload inspection reports into AIM EDMS as per AIM Process requirements.
• Develop and report regional maintenance KPI and participate in the regular review with Operations management
• Participate in site R&I review. Provide support on the asset structure and maintenance plan update
• Participate in DGIP and support with asset structure review and update and the update of maintenance plan to align with site R&I plan
• Expect to be on site to provide maintenance support up to 50% of the time

Job Requirements:
This position requires knowledge and experience in the execution of maintenance in terminal facilities, the successful candidate will need to have:
• Technical skills and experience in facilities / maintenance engineering
• Cost management and reporting
• Contract management, maintenance management, and knowledge regarding Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.

Must have:
• 4 to 5 years’ experience in maintenance or installation of Distribution related equipment
• High level of PC and systems literacy, particularly SAP Luminon PM and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills to perform spend analysis and bad actors analysis in SAP Luminon PM and Microsoft Excel
• SAP Project and Purchasing skills a plus
• Good knowledge of the inter-disciplinary engineering fundamentals as applied to Terminals and Depots.
• Communication skill and ability to work virtually across cultures.
