Job Description


Title: Willow Logistics Specialist Bulk Materials

This is a contingent worker (contractor) Anchorage based position working an office-based schedule, 10-hour days, with every other Friday non-working. Travel to Fairbanks, the North Slope or other material staging locations can be expected about 20% of the time.

The role will report to the Willow Logistics Lead based in Anchorage and will work in close collaboration with the Willow Logistics Team based in Anchorage and the North Slope. Close collaboration is also required with other Willow construction staff and support contractors.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily activities will include:
Day-to-Day tasking from and support to the Willow Logistics Lead and Logistics Planner
Liaison with other company personnel and contractors in support of Willow logistics objectives.
Provide specialist level support for scheduling, transportation and staging of project construction materials.
Troubleshooting and support to logistics service contractors as needed
Responding to dynamic changes during construction activities
Inspection and receipt of materials as required.
Preparation of any required reports
Leading or supporting any investigations into logistics or material related concerns.

HSE

Proactively lead HSE performance by communicating, fostering, supporting, and enforcing HSE policies
procedures, guidelines, requirements, and objectives
Perform HSE engagements and interventions with contracted service providers if required
Implement and support the COPA Incident Free Culture (IFC) program with contractors through participation in IFC workshops and field engagements
Continuously demonstrates strong adherence to Company SPIRIT values

Qualification Requirements:

Basic / Required:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. Citizen or national, or an alien admitted as a permanent resident, refugee or asylee
5 plus years oil and gas experience to include Greenfields/brownfields major project construction
Current/valid driver s license
Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to travel several days at a time.
Preferred:
5 plus years direct logistics related experience on the North Slope or elsewhere in Alaska
Knowledge of existing COP North Slope operating practices and contract relationships
Experience with SAP material tracking and receiving
Advanced level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Advanced level multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and across organizational boundaries
Ability to synthesize data and develop suitable quantitative models to support logistics strategies and planning.
Drives thoughtful and pragmatic change, encourages innovative thinking and continuous improvement
Models adaptability through resourcefulness, flexibility, and positivity

Education:
HS Diploma or Equiv required

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
