Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidates MUST be local to the Grand Prairie, TX LM site and able to work onsite 4 days per week.



The Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program requires experienced Product Design support for development, preparation and release of drawings and Bill of Materials documents to support the release of fabrication and procurement requirements necessary to support the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase, and Enhanced Operational Capability (EOC), of the program.

This entails test hardware configuration item drawings and associated lists being designed, coordinated and released in the Digital Product Lifecycle Management (dPLM) tool.



The successful candidate must demonstrate highly innovative approaches to resolve difficult design issues and will be responsible for drawings and assembly parts lists to enable establishment of EMD/EOC

Hardware requirements for the Production Qualification Ground and Flight Test program and includes the creation and release processing of engineering release (ER) documents, generating solid models, creating and releasing drawings, performing tolerance analyses, and providing support to Production Planning, Operations and Global Supply Chain.

In addition, the candidate will support Material Review Board Engineering (MRBE) Qnotes and Supplier Deviation Waivers, along with providing both Missile & Pod Integration support in Camden, Arkansas.



Candidate must be willing and able to travel occasionally as needed in support of production or supplier engagements.



Active Special Clearance is preferred. Candidates must have ability to obtain Special Clearance.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Level 3: BS+6-8 YRS or MS+4-6 YRS



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Experience with hardware build and integration support, troubleshooting is highly desired.

1. Candidate must have 6+ years experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.

2. Candidate must have 6+ years experience supporting hardware build and test.

3. Candidate must have 6+ years experience with CREO .

4. Candidate must have 6+ years experience with Microsoft Office Tools.



DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

1. Experience with Model Based Definition / fully annotated 3D CAD models is highly desired.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $50.00-60.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
