Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducts analyses and administers programs or portions of programs to ensure fulfillment of program obligations, performance goals, and control of program costs.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field. Professional entry level position. May have limited prior industry experience or worked with direction in student internship programs. Knowledge of key program administration principles and concepts and general business operations. General knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to program administration. Basic understanding of continuous improvement techniques and methods. Ability to research and analyze data and develop recommendations or resolve problems by drawing on internal information; work with only general work direction and instructions regarding the scope of assignments; determine priority and order of assignments. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Proficient with standard business applications software (e.G. Databases, spreadsheets, etc.). Ability to establish program plans and report status utilizing program management software. Ability to effectively demonstrate team member competencies and participate in goal-setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities.
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $30.00-$36.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
