Job Description:

  • Candidate will interact with all levels of internal and external clients.
  • Must be capable of handling a diverse workload and multiple tasks with accuracy under minimal supervision.
  • The position requires relevant experience with computer applications; namely Ariba, SAP, Excel, Access and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Position requires strong communication and organizational skills and experience in procurement and financial reporting
  • Track metrics to ensure that the eProcurement process objectives are achieved with a focus on service order funding, catalog utilization and various spend reports.
  • Documents and communicates key eProcurement processes and process changes.
  • Supports eProcurement led organizational change efforts that have a system component.
  • Leads deployment of standard eProcurement processes, procedures and tool usage by providing direct support to the business.
  • Provide SME assistance to various professionals within the company, including engineers, field approvers, base business, SCM and others on the use of eProcurement Tools and processes to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency consistent with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Provide in-depth understanding of the technical interfaces between the eProcurement Tools and other Finance systems (SAP, Ketera, SDMS, SIMS etc.).
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge in SIMS report generation including configuring internal reports and creating specialized report requests in the business unit

Procurement Technologies Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serves as eCatalog Subject Matter Expert for SCM responsible for catalog updates in Ketera, catalog workflow initiations, requesting supplier system access/training and assignment of MGC codes to supplier catalogs
  • Provides support to Category Managers and suppliers to drive overall catalog utilization, running PAR and Diff reports to ensure pricing is consistent with CM direction
  • Responsible for optimizing current supplier catalogs by identifying trends and providing opportunities for new catalog items and catalog expertise to Category Managers
  • Works closely with corporate procurement to perform required Value Creation savings tracking to meet yearly corporate target
  • SAP: PC1 (ability to analyze reports and search/view Service Order funding, Invoices, POs, etc.

  • ASR Relationships/Sponsor Meetings
  • Chesm engagements, Pricing and Sourcing Meetings
  • Meeting Prep and Facilitation
  • Monthly SCM Scorecard
  • Value Creation


  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
  • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
  • Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses 
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus


  • 2-4 years’ experience required
