Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide Support to Lead
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate information and collection
  • Develop Power Point Presentations
  • Solicit information from the other leads for weekly staff meetings and develop agenda
  • Manage Calendar/de-conflict the meetings/ coordinate meetings
  • Document team requests
  • Keep birthday list and provide the reminders
  • Organize team offsite as needed
  • Clean up/update drive
  • Create new folders as needed
  • Take notes
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Successful candidate will have an exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and responding to multiple requests in a timely manner
  • Individual in this role will have superior interpersonal skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced professional environment is a must for this role
  • A successful candidate will have a strong excel, Power Point, word, and experience working in SharePoint
  • Individual will maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, poise and tact in stressful situations
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in a related field and minimum of two-three years of experience working in a professional fast paced office environment
