• Review, screen, prioritize and respond to incoming email and telephone calls, as appropriate.
• Manage the day to day workflow, proactively resolving requests and issues.
• Coordinate and support meetings including agenda development.
• Coordinate logistics, agendas and minutes for meetings and conferences.
• Plan and schedule meetings and conference calls.
• Maintain expense records, correspondence, and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of documents, spreadsheets, databases and materials for presentations and transmittals.
• Support office moves, space planning, furnishings, computer equipment, supplies etc.
• Advance knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook/Calendar.
• Responsible for handling of highly sensitive and confidential material.

• Manage time effectively, prioritize work and perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
• Work effectively and cooperatively with a diverse team of co-workers, contractors, and internal and external customers; good interpersonal skills.
• Experience should include project assignments, office environment, or administrative role.
• Must have advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience.(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) and an aptitude for learning new software packages.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Experience scheduling and planning meetings and conferences.

High School Diploma or higher education.
Admin Asst w/strong MS Office Suite skills Access Knowledge helpful.
