Administrative Assistant

Duties:

  • Composes correspondence and provides various administrative duties
  • Prepares presentations/projects using Power Point, spreadsheets
  • Handles projects, research, analysis and duties specific to senior manager's area of responsibility
  • Assists members of management in their performance of obligations to professional organizations
  • Uses detailed knowledge of the Company to perform assignments
  • Creates and maintains reports and spreadsheets as needed
  • Coordinates efforts of goals/projects with other departments as needed
  • Determines issues for immediate attention and handles accordingly
  • Other professional, administrative duties as requested
  • Assists with domestic and international travel
  • Expense report processing

Skills:

  • Minimum of four years administrative experience
  • Oil and gas experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently, delegate and to handle multiple tasks
